Q: Is there a product available to remove “surface scratches” from oak/hardwood floors?
A: No such product. The floor would need to be buffed (abraded or lightly sanded to scuff the finish) in it’s entirety or if it is just a scratch on a board, then tape it off, buff the board. Apply a thin coat of polyurethane and remove the tape immediately.
