Q: My daughter bought a house with wood floors and the finish comes off on your shoes or feet. I have not been there to see it but do you know or have any idea what it is? It’s blackish.
A: Are the floors stained? Has someone used tinted wax as a finish? Or is the finish peeling off? I’m not entirely clear what you are describing to me.
