Q: I want to tear up the linoleum in my kitchen to put down 3/4″ oak flooring, but I’m concerned that the 3/8″ plywood under the linoleum is glued to the 3/4″ subfloor. If this is the case, what are my options for getting the 3/8″ plywood up?
A: Why not install directly over the linoleum?
