Q: I am installing 3/4 white pine, 7″ wide, in Florida. Do I need to face nail to prevent buckling or cupping? If I face nail, do I need to nail through the tongue too?
A: Make sure you acclimate the pine well and try to control the humidity in the house.
I think I would glue the end of the planks at least.
