Q: After having a large group of people over, someone must have had a nail coming out of their high heeled shoes and put deep round dents all throughout my kitchen floor. How (or can) this be repaired without replacing the entire floor?
My house was just built three years ago and I can’t imagine having to replace the hardwood flooring.
A: The floor will certainly have to be sanded and re finished. But do not expect the site finished floor to mirror the factory finished floor, if that is what you have. Actually that is a good thing.
