Q: Will my cats nails scratch prefinished hardwood flooring? What about moist hair ball regurgitation? Would hairballs harm the floor?
A: Cats do not extend their nails while walking, do they? I don’t think that should be an issue.
Neither should the hair ball regurgitation. But this is an example of why I prefer site finished over pre finished. You have a finish coat over the entire floor surface.
