Cork and glue or plywood and nail subfloor

Q: Is it more expensive to do the cork and glued-down method or the plywood and nailed-down method? (On a concrete sub floor.)

A: It has to cost more to go the plywood/nail down route in a condominium. The cost of the plywood and adhesive are close enough to be offsetting. However, to move the plywood sheets into the building and then install them will cost considerably more.
