Self leveling clear epoxy or topcoat for dips and valleys?

My business leases the second floor of a 1906 with very uneven hardwood floors. They have dips and valleys all over and the owner of the building doesn’t want us to carpet or replace the existing floors. Is there a self leveling clear epoxy or topcoat that can be poured over the existing floors to eliminate the roller coaster effect?

We recently purchased 1000 sq. ft of Brazilian teak 3.75 in wide, 3/4 in thick hardwood from J****** Premier. The boards were listed as being cut in random lengths. What we got was about 5 different lengths, ranging from 1 ft to the longest being 3 ft. We were expecting longer lengths. Is what we got standard for hardwood?

Bad water damage to my engineered wood flooring

I had water damage to my engineered wood flooring. We are on top of a basement and the flooring was glued down to OSB. In the process of removing all the flooring, the OSB subfloor was torn up pretty badly. Every opinion I got said to replace the areas that were gouged out deeply; however, they differ on how to fix the rest of it.

Asphalt felt, rosin paper or glue?

When installing 3/4 x 4 inch, unfinished Brazilian Cherry over 3/4 plywood subfloor, would you suggest asphalt felt, rosin paper or to glue the cherry pieces to the subfloor?

Can I leave some old glue on the bottom of the 3/4′ solid walnut T&G floors I salvaged and use a 1/4′ or thinner pad under to make up the difference, so they don’t have high spots?
