Refinishing a 4×4 floor

Q: I am refinishing a 4×4 oak floor. I would like to know if I can use a vibrating sander instead of renting a floor sander.

A: I’ve never used a big vibrator sander, but I hear they work. since this is very skilled work, this machine would likely offer less possibility of destroying your floor.
